Knitinweb.com offers the products exclusively to end users, resale is not authorized.

KNIT IN WEB, S.L. reserves the right not to fulfill orders placed by entities other than the end user. Only end users who have accepted these Terms of Use may purchase the goods and services sold through knitinweb.com.

Requirements to become a registered user

Refrain from any activity that hinders or interferes with the operation of the services included in the website.

Scope of supply

knitinweb.com is available worldwide, but purchase orders with a delivery address located in territories where the order cannot be delivered through our usual means of delivery (correos.es), may be rejected during the checkout process.

Acceptance of order

All orders are subject to our verification and acceptance (even if your account or debit/credit card has been charged for the amount of the order).

We will confirm acceptance by sending you an email informing you that the order is being delivered (shipping confirmation). Only at this point will the contract between you and us be formalized.

KNIT IN WEB, S.L. may refrain from processing orders that do not offer sufficient guarantees of solvency or that are incomplete or incorrect or if the products are not available, without assuming any liability to you or to third parties. In any case, we undertake to keep you informed and, if we have already charged your account or debit/credit card, the amount paid in advance will be refunded.

Waiver of contract

You may cancel the contract within 14 calendar days after the date the order is received.

The amount paid for these products will be refunded in accordance with our Return Policy. Shipping costs (customs duties, destination taxes, etc.) will not be reimbursed for any reason.

The right to cancel the contract shall apply provided that the products are returned in the same condition in which you received them, together with their complete original packaging, labels and any related accessories.

We will decide if the products are in the same condition in which they were sent. Returned products that are damaged, incomplete, deteriorated, used or soiled due to the customer will not be refunded and will be returned to the sender, with shipping costs to be borne by the customer.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders allow customers to reserve certain products before their release date.

The availability date of the pre-ordered product will be confirmed by e-mail. If the availability date changes, you will also be informed immediately by e-mail.

If a product is not available after placing the order, we will inform you and you will be reimbursed for the product.

Product availability

You agree that the products offered on knitinweb.com are subject to stock limits and that all orders are subject to availability.

If any of the products are not available once you have placed your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. At that time, you can modify or cancel your order.

Delivery and delivery problems

Products are delivered through a courier service. Your order will be shipped within 5 working days from the time we have confirmed the order, if in stock. In case it is expressly made for you, the delivery time will vary, you will remain informed of the status of your order at all times.

Once the order has left our warehouse, we will send you an email informing you that your order has been accepted and is being delivered.

Orders will be delivered to the delivery address indicated during the purchase process, so it is important that you pay special attention when completing the delivery address data. We will not be responsible if the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.

You can track the status of your order in the “My Account” area of our website or through the link sent in the shipping confirmation.

You must notify us if you have not received your order after more than 10 business days, which may vary depending on the destination.

When you receive your order, you should verify that everything is as ordered. We will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the incident.

Payment information.

Prices on our website are shown in Euros for all countries. In accordance with applicable law, any purchase made on our website is subject to Value Added Tax (VAT), except for deliveries outside the European Union (EU).

For delivery to countries outside the European Union (EU), customs and other taxes or duties at destination may apply and are not included.

Shipping costs are added in the purchase summary before payment.

When accessing the online store, we detect the country from which you are connecting to show you the correct information (prices, shipping costs, etc.). We also give you the option to select the country in which you will make the purchase so that you can see the prices of the products by country. If after accessing the website the country of destination changes, the prices shown in the final order summary may vary.

KNIT IN WEB, S.L. reserves the right to modify the prices shown on the website without prior notice.

The price of the products will be as stipulated on our website at all times, except in case of obvious error. Although we make every effort to ensure that all prices listed on the pages are correct, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible, giving you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be cancelled and any amount paid will be refunded in full.

We are not obligated to provide you with the product(s) at an incorrect lower price (even if we have sent you the Shipping Confirmation) if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could reasonably be recognized by you as an incorrect price.

KNIT IN WEB, S.L. accepts payments made through PayPal and credit or debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, 4B and Master 4B) and Bizum.

To protect the security of credit/debit card payments, we use secure payment systems. Sensitive payment data is transmitted directly and encrypted (SSL) to the financial institution. Payment is authorized at the time of the transaction.

KNIT IN WEB, S.L. reserves the right to verify personal data and take appropriate measures to ensure that the goods are delivered correctly.

Return Policy

If you wish to change your order or request a refund, you may do so within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.

We offer free returns on purchases, except for those made in special sales: pre-sales or custom-made parts, sample sales…

Please note that “custom woven” pieces are made especially for you and we cannot accept exchanges or returns in these cases.

Before making a return, please contact us by email at knitinweb@knitinweb.com, notifying us that you are making a return, along with the order number. We will contact you as soon as possible providing all the instructions to proceed with the free return. This is especially important for returns from non-EU countries in order to do it correctly.

Products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, along with their complete original packaging, labels and any related accessories. You are responsible for proving that the items have been returned.

If your return does not comply with the stipulated terms, you will not be entitled to a refund and we will return the products to you, with shipping costs at your expense.

If the recipient of the products is different from the person who made the payment, the money will be refunded to the person who made the payment.

Returned products must be sent in a single delivery. We reserve the right to refuse products that belong to a single order but have been returned and delivered at different times.

Once we have verified that the returned products meet all the specifications of the Return Policy, we will send an email informing you that the return has been accepted. Regardless of the payment system used by you, the refund will be made as soon as possible, always within 15 days after receipt of the returned products.

We will not be responsible for the loss, delay or delivery to the wrong address of any product you wish to return to us, so we recommend that you make the delivery according to our instructions, or by registered mail or with confirmation of receipt.

For purchases made in special sales: pre-sales, sample sales, archive sales, etc. you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product (including taxes and customs duties), and in no case will we accept returns delivered at your expense.

In those cases where payment has been made by bank transfer, in order for the refund to be made, the enclosed return form must include the bank account number to which the refund is to be made.

Return of defective products

If you receive an erroneous order or a defective product, we ask you to contact us immediately, within 24 hours, at the following e-mail address, indicating the error or defect, together with your personal data: incidents@knitinweb.com.

We will contact you as soon as possible and let you know how to proceed.

In case of problems with the packaging, you must notify the courier service as soon as you receive the order.

We will carefully examine the returned product and notify you by email within a reasonable period of time if the correct item is available and when the product will be shipped. The item will be returned or replaced as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days from the date we sent the email confirming that the unsuitable item would be returned or replaced.

Amounts paid for products returned due to faults or defects, where they actually exist, will be refunded in full, including delivery charges paid to ship the item to you and the costs for you to return it to us. Reimbursement will be made using the same method of payment.

All rights recognized by applicable law are reserved.

Consequences of  withdrawal

In case of cancellation on your part, we will proceed to make such refund using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction unless you tell us otherwise, expressly detailing the means of payment through which you want us to make the refund. You will not incur any expenses as a result of the reimbursement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of return of the goods, whichever condition is met first. You must return or deliver the products directly to us at C/ Matilde Salvador, 8. 46210. Picanya. Valencia. Spain, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 15 calendar days from the date on which you communicate us your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if you return the goods before the deadline has expired, assuming the direct cost of returning the goods. In the latter case, please remember that you will have to deliver, together with the products, a printed copy of the order that you will have received attached to the Shipping Confirmation. You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Consequences of  withdrawal

You shall not be entitled to withdraw from the contract for the supply of any of the following products:

  1. Personalized items
  2. Items without their original packaging and product labels
  3. Used items
  4. Perfumery and cosmetics
  5. All those sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery.

Your right to withdraw from the contract shall apply exclusively to those products that are returned in the same condition in which you received them. No refund will be made if the product has been used beyond the mere opening of the product, of products that are not in the same condition in which they were delivered or that have suffered any damage, so you should be careful with the product/s while in your possession. Please return the item using or including all original packaging, instructions and other accompanying documents. Returns may be made at C/ Matilde Salvador, 8. 46210. Picanya. Valencia, Spain must deliver or send with the item the order that you will have received attached to the Shipping Confirmation. You can also contact us through our contact form or return the product directly to us at the above mentioned address, in which case you will have to hand in the printed order that you will have received together with the Shipping Confirmation. Please return the product to us as soon as possible.  Please note that if you choose to return the items to us freight collect we will be entitled to charge you for any costs we may incur. After examining the item, we will let you know if you are entitled to a refund. Reimbursement will be made as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your intention to withdraw. However, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of return of the goods, whichever condition is met first. The refund will always be made in the same payment method you used to pay for the purchase. You will bear the cost and risk of returning the products to us, as stated above. Purchase limits

Warranties and product information

The products shown on our website are a carefully selected sample of our collections. We have taken special care to show the colors and characteristics of our products with great precision.

The products offered at KNIT IN WEB, S.L. are completely handmade by expert craftsmen. Therefore, variations in each piece will occur naturally and serve to enhance the unique handmade nature. And, of course, every display is calibrated differently, and we cannot guarantee that your display will show completely true colors.

Events beyond our control

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of any of our obligations under a contract where the cause is due to events beyond our reasonable control (“Force Majeure”).

Force Majeure includes any act, event, failure of service, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control, especially including but not limited to the following:

Strikes, lockouts or other protest actions.

Civil disturbances, riots, invasions, terrorist attacks or terrorist threats, war (declared or undeclared) or threat or preparation for war.

Fires, explosions, storms, floods, earthquakes, subsidence, epidemics or any other natural disaster.

Inability to use trains, boats, airplanes, road transport or other means of transportation, whether public or private.

Inability to use public or private telecommunications systems.

Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions by other governments.

Our obligation to perform any contract shall be suspended during the period in which the Force Majeure situation remains in effect, and we shall be granted an extension of the stipulated period of time to perform our obligation for the duration of such situation. We will make every effort to put an end to the Force Majeure situation or find a solution by any means that will allow us to fulfill our obligations under the contract, despite the Force Majeure situation.

Applicable legislation

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. To resolve any query, discrepancy or divergence that may arise during the performance and interpretation of this contract, the parties shall be subject to the Courts and Tribunals of Valencia (Spain).
